Refunds
To secure your place on one of our NVQ courses, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Additionally, if a student pays for a course in full or has a payment plan with us but fails to attend or complete it, or decides to withdraw for any reason, no refund will be provided, and the student is not entitled to a refund.
Delivery
We use Royal Mail First Class Signed for, for all our parcels. Please be aware parcels may take up to 7 working days to arrive although we do aim to get parcels shipped in 3-5 days.

Frequently Asked Questions
You do not need any previous qualifications or experience in hairdressing to join our Extension courses. To book onto our hair loss practitioner course, you will need prior experience in hair extensions.
Our courses are fully accredited meaning you can start working straight away under the correct insurance.
For our group classes, we have a maximum of 6 students per class. This allows our tutor to give each learner the care and attention that they need.
For our 1-2-1 courses, please fill out our enquiry form and we will let you know some dates that we have available.
Our deposit payments vary for each extension course. After this is paid, full payment for the course is due one week before your course date. Please note that any payments made are non-refundable.
