With having extensive knowledge in Hairdressing Education and owning salons, we realised that most trainees have been sent from original colleges with little or no practical ability. By booking a course, or securing a place with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Course Bookings
All bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking a course, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
This event is scheduled for a specific date and therefore falls outside of the 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Course Deposits
To secure your place on one of our NVQ courses, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Please note:
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Deposits cannot be transferred to other courses, dates, or individuals
3. Course Payments and Attendance
If a student chooses to pay in full for a course but fails to attend, complete, or withdraws at any stage, no refund will be issued.
If a student is enrolled on a finance or payment plan and decides to withdraw or fails to attend, the full course balance remains payable and must be completed as agreed.
4. Course Variations
Please be aware that course content, structure, and delivery may vary depending on the location.
5. Additional Fees
Additional fees are payable separately and are due on the first day of your course. These may include:
- Registration fee
- Uniform fee
- Kit fee
These fees are mandatory and are not included in the initial booking or course price unless stated otherwise.
6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses or events due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, students will be given as much notice as possible and offered an alternative date or refund.
7. Photography and Video Consent
By attending our courses or events, you agree that photographs and videos may be taken for use across our social media, website, and marketing materials.
If you do not wish to be included in any content, you must inform a member of our team on your first day of the course.
